One stamp, many St. Patrick's Day cards!

I've been busy stamping, coloring, adhesive-ing (new word!!!)! Last night I finished up a bunch of St. Patrick's Day cards. I used the Stampendous! Lucky Fluffles stamp. He's a cutie! It amazes me how one stamp and some accessories can look so different.  Let's take a look shall we?!

All stamps were colored the same.
I used the Martha Stewart glitter marker to color his shamrock and the gold buckle of his hat.
The green and the black on the hat ... Stampin' Up! watercolor pencils and then blended.

MOST of the paper, including the cards themselves, is from Canvas Home Basics from Hobby Lobby.
The other paper is from the scrap drawer. Have I ever mentioned I have too many of those scrap drawers?

Since I had quite a few cards I put them in collages over at Picnik. I sure am going to miss them come April.
*sniff*

Here are the rest of the cards!!!

A thank you card

Two birthday cards

...and a BUNCH of Happy St. Patty's Day cards...

...I DID say a bunch...

On the inside, the cards look similar to this.
Each one a little different, but similar.

The sentiment stamp is from Hampton Art.
The shamrock is from Stampabilities.

I think they turned out cute. This was only my second time using buttons on cards.
I'm quite happy with how they turned out.

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!!!!
Have a great weekend!!!

Thank you Card

After I posted the Linky Followers post I went roaming the streets of blog world. I came across some fabulous blogs. I also came across a blog that had a list of card challenges, most of the blogs I hadn't seen before.
One of the first blogs I came across in the challenge list was Unscripted Sketches. They post their new sketch on Saturdays. I was intrigued. I would often refer to sketches when scrapbooking, so why hadn't I thought to look for card sketches? I did go in search of other sketches after coming across Unscripted Sketches. I also spent a few more hours roaming the blog streets and Pinning. It seemed like the better way to spend the evening since I felt like I was fighting a cold and Jim was working. I had tried napping and didn't succeed there. I tried being creative and that didn't happen either. Thank you to all those blogs and pinning!!! oh and some Big Bang Theory reruns!

Anywho!!!!!! Back on track! Here's my card!

I just love Changito the Monkey! He is by Stampendous!
I am on a mission to get as many Changito stamps as I can. I love them ALL!!!!!
As soon as I saw the sketch I knew I wanted to use this stamp.
I didn't know what else was going on the page, but I knew I was using this stamp!!
I used Stampin' Up watercolor pencils and the blender pen to color him in.

Here's the sketch:

Here is where you can find the link for this sketch at Unscripted Sketches!
Thank you Unscripted Sketches for the challenge!

Thanks so much for stopping by!!! I hope to see you again soon!!!
hugs ~Jen and the napping nearby Jynx.

Reindeer Card using Create A Critter

Hey Everyone! Tomorrow is December 1st. Where oh where did this year go? These last "few" days will go unbelievably fast since it is such a busy time of year.  So much to share this time of year too.

Today I am sharing a card made using the Cricut Create A Critter cartridge. I used the reindeer cut. I used my Gypsy and filled the page up. I cut three different layers to make this adorable reindeer Rudolph.

I cut them out, put them together and put each one on a card. Isn't it cute????

I also used...

and

And of course red glitter glue for his nose. I used premade 4in x 5in cards in green and red...

I stamped the inside of the cards with this Stampendous! Stamp

I was thinking I was going to make a set of reindeer for the wall but I am not sure there is enough time given all the other things I want to  make for other people. Perhaps I can make reindeer for myself after Christmas. :)
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you will leave a comment and come back again soon~!
